September 26, 2023: After almost 41 years, Team India won gold in Equestrian Dressage at the Asian Games 2023 held in Hangzhou, China.

Team India scored 209.205 while China finished with Silver with 204.882 and Hong Kong China finished at the 3rd spot with 204.852.

The Indian team: Sudipti Hajela, Hriday Vipul Chheda, Anush Gaarwalla, and Divyakriti Singh created history by winning gold.

India has bagged a total of 12 medals at the Asian Games so far: 2 gold, 4 silver, and 6 bronze medals.
