November 9, 2021: Trinamool Congress has organized a protest march in Siliguri over rising prices of fuel across the country on Monday.

A group of women protesters raised slogans over the rising price of LPG cylinders. Some agitators sat on bullock carts using posters to protest against price hike.

Reportedly, the leader of Bharatiya Janata Party Dilip Ghosh had slammed the TMC lead government of West Bengal for not slashing the VAT on petrol and diesel and called them “fraudulent”.
