At the R Premadasa stadium in Colombo on Sunday, during the second ODI between India and Sri Lanka. Virat Kohli was caught by an Akila Dhananjay delivery on the last ball of 15th over, just in front of the stumps. The umpire also raised his fingers in response to the Sri Lankan player's LBW appeal. After speaking with Subhman Gill, non-striker, Kohli headed upstairs.

A review placed the third umpire in a difficult situation. He said, a great deal of pressure was applied to the side. it's easy for me to claim credit when I do work.
