February 17, 2023: A clash broke out between security personnel and protesters in Arunachal Pradesh on Friday during a protest. The protest was staged against question paper leak of Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission Examination.

At least 10 people including four security personnels have been injured in the clash.

Reportedly, security personnel were forced to use tear gas and baton charge upon the protesters to control the situation.

Police officials said that the protesters had demand regarding the deferment of the swearing-in ceremony of the chairperson and newly appointed members of the State Public Service Commission.
