November 13, 2020: In a major breakthrough, West Garo Hills Police on Thursday evening unearthed three boxes containing 254 anti Armour ammunitions from near Naragre Village Forest Reserve.

A team headed by Dy. SP (HQ), West Garo Hills did the recovery and seizure based on credible information. Further, the seized ammunitions along with FIR handed over to OC Damalgre PS for further necessary action.

Police have appealed to the public to share any such inputs or information about hidden or buried arms and ammunitions with District Police.
