August 2, 2020; Union home minister Amit Shah is the latest high profile victim of Corona virus. Shah on Sunday afternoon was tested Covid positive.
The Home Minister himself tweeted to inform this.
He requested all those who came in contact with him in last few days to get tested for coronavirus and isolate themselves.
Soon after his tweet, get well messages started pouring in. Assam chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal wished his quick recovery.
Minister Himanta Biswa Sharma too wished his speedy recovery.
Many others including BJP president JP Nadda and Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan wished him.
