March 20, 2023: A man named Mohammad Akram who forcibly kissed a stranger woman on the streets a few days ago has been arrested by the police in Bihar on Monday.

As per reports, Akram is suspected to be a member of the “Serial Kisser” gang involved in the molestation of multiple stranger women.

The incident came to light when CCTV footage went viral on March 13 where a miscreant was seen allegedly kissing a woman forcibly in Jamui district in Bihar.

The victim works as a health worker at Sadar Hospital. According to the victim, the incident happened on March 10 inside the premises of the hospital in the broad daylight.

Many cases had also been lodged against the accused Akram earlier.
