November 21, 2022: Two people died near Gurthari village in Bhatinda on Sunday as a bus collided with a motorbike and later the bike burst into flames.
The deceased included a man from Mansa district of Punjab while the woman hailed from the village of Pathrala in Bhatinda. However, their identity could not be established so far.
The accident took place when the bike on which the deceased were riding, collided with a private bus heading towards Maur Mandhi from Salasar in Rajasthan.
The deceased duo was taken to Bhatinda Civil Hospital where they were declared dead by the doctors.
The Sangat Police Station claimed no person in the bus were present during the time of accident.
