March 6, 2023: Big B Amitabh Bachchan on Sunday sustained injury during the shoot of his upcoming film in Hyderabad.

As per reports, the superstar shared the news that his rib cartilage has been broken and taking rest at his home in Mumbai.

The actor was busy shooting for his upcoming film, Project K. The shooting got cancelled immediately after the actor consulted a doctor and done CT scan at AIG Hospital in Hyderabad.
