Guwahati: Two students from the Noonmati area in Guwahati, Assam have reportedly gone missing while on their way to the school.

The students from Noonmati were identified as Bikash Rajbongshi and Ali Hussain.

They reportedly went missing while en route to their school, Noonmati High School, on Friday.

According to reports, the students had left their homes to appear for their examinations but failed to arrive at school. Their families, unable to contact them, informed the police, sparking a search operation.

Their families have suspected that the boys may have traveled to Hyderabad, as Bikash had been inquiring about the distance to the city and was seen carrying clothes and important documents in his bag.

Additionally, Ali was found to have taken Rs 10,000 in cash and multiple documents from home before departing.
