October 25, 2020: The Crime Branch of Guwahati Police has busted a fake currency printing racket in the heart of Guwahati.

Acting on a tip-off. the Crime Branch sleuths raided a flat at Milan Path of Six Mile FA Ahmed Road. During the raid, they managed to nab 4 persons involved in the racket. They also recovered fake notes worth Rs. 10 lakhs from their possession and a fake note printing machine

The nabbed are Najrul Hasan, Afzalur Rahman, Nijamuddin and Hamid Ali.
