January 29, 2021: The 44th Management Development Programme for Senior Supervisors of N.F. Railway started at Maligaon.

The programme was inaugurated by GM/NFR Anshul Gupta in presence of all Principal Heads of Departments of NFR. Ex- Chairman/Railway Board Ashwini Lohani also virtually addressed the inaugural function as special invitee. Apex level management was present in the inaugural function of MDP and all Principal Heads of different departments is scheduled to deliver lectures to Senior Supervisors on different topics. N.F. Railway is the first to initiate such innovation.

Management Development Programme for Sr. subordinates and Sr. Supervisors are being conducted regularly by N.F Railway since 2009 as per directives of the Railway Board. Initially Northern Railway was organising these short duration management courses for senior supervisors.
