July 20, 2022: Popular Assam singer and music composer Zubeen Garg has been admitted to Sajeevani Hospital in Dibrugarh after sustaining a head injury. He received five stitches on his head.

Zubeen was in Manohari Resort in Dibrugarh when he slipped in the bathroom and suffered a head injury.

A CT scan was conducted by the doctors. His vital parameters are stable, the doctors attending on him said. Doctors said that the singer had a seizure following an epileptic fit.

Zubeen Garg will be air-lifted to Guwahati by 3.15pm today in an air ambulance from Dibrugarh’s Sanjeevani Hospital. He will be admitted at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital.
