September 25, 2023: A policeman was injured after being allegedly hit by a bike-borne youth during a search operation in Digboi, Assam on Sunday night.
Reportedly, the injured policeman has been identified as Hemanta Gogoi.
As per reports, the boy identified as Biplob Chetia came in a speedy bike and hit the police while trying to flee from the scene. Later, he was caught and is currently under police custody.
