November 3, 2020: The condition of former Assam chief minister Tarun Gogoi is stable. But he is not out of danger.
The 3-time chief minister was admitted to the Guwahati Medical College Hospital on Sunday and has been treated at the ICU.
According to doctors attending him, his condition is stable but remains critical. The level of Carbon-di-Oxide and Ammonia have been found high in his body.
His son and MP Gaurav Gogoi on Monday night reached Guwahati from London and went straight to the GMCH from the airport to visit his father.
After the visit, he informed that the condition was better than when he was admitted o Sunday. He had talked to father and enquired about his health. Gogoi asked his son about the visit of AICC in-charge Jitendra Singh.
The former CM was discharged from the GMCH only last week two months after he was tested Covid-19 positive on August 26.
Though he tested Negative later, he had to stay at the GMCH for two months due to post-Covid complications.
