October 20, 2021: The North East India Petroleum Dealers’ Association has called for a 48 hour petrol pump shut down from 6 AM of October 22 to 6 AM of October 24.

They have listed out 10 demands. They have called for the shut down as the authorities have failed to fulfil these demands.

Kamrup Metro DC, Biswajit Pegu said that he would meet with members of the Association tomorrow (October 21) to discuss their demands and find ways to address them and avert the petrol pump closer.
