July 30, 2022: In a tragic accident, a woman poisoned her 3-year-old son and then tried to kill herself by taking poison in Cachar, Assam on Saturday.

According to reports, the woman herself went to a hospital and described the crime she had committed in front of the doctor.

The hospital authorities have immediately informed the police. The police have reached the hospital and started to interrogate at the hospital.

Both the mother and son sent to Silchar Medical College and Hospital in critical condition for their treatment.

Later, both of them were declared dead in the hospital.

The reason behind the incident is yet to be known.
