July 6, 2021: A Zomato food delivery boy has been detained by Jorhat Police for allegedly peddling drugs in Jorhat on Monday night.

Reportedly, two more people have also been arrested with suspicious drugs.

As per reports, the locals of Rajamaidam’s new colony have detained the peddlers and handed over to the police last evening.

The delivery boy has been identified as Arindam Das and the other two are identified as Raj Sahu and Vicky Choudhury.

Earlier, Guwahati Police had arrested three food delivery boys for peddling drugs in Guwahati.
