July 29, 2022: Eight jehadis have been arrested by Barpeta Police in Barpeta, Assam on Friday.

Reportedly, the eight jehadis have been identified as Rafikul Islam, Jubair Khan, Hamidul Islam, Mainul Haque, Shahjahan Ali, Mazibur Rahman, and Kazibur Hussain.

According to reports, Rafikul Islam stays at Goroimari Masjid, Jubair Khan is a shopkeeper of Sarthebari, Mainul Haque is a teacher by profession, Shahjahan Ali works in a mobile repairing shop, Majibur Rahman is a farmer and Kazibur Hussain has a shop.

Earlier a day, five Ansarullah Bangla terrorist have been arrested by Barpeta Police.
