September 9, 2021: Dima Hasao’s Militant outfit - Dimasa National Liberation Army (DNLA) has announced a unilateral ceasefire for six months for creating an atmosphere of peace talks with the Government.



The decision was taken after the Militant Group sat in a meet with Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday.



DNLA was involved in the recent killings of 5-truck drivers in Assam.
