 November 8, 2022: As dengue continues to rattle different districts of Assam, six persons have lost their lives due to the infections.



Out of six, five were from Diphu and one from Guwahati.



The districts where dengue has been registered so far are – Kamrup (M), Sivasagar, Charaideo, Dima Hasao, Darrang, Dibrugarh, Udalguri, Nagaon, Hojai and Karbi Anglong.

In Kamrup (M), eleven persons have been infected with dengue.



Due to the dangerous outbreak, all the schools and institutions have been declared closed in Diphu.
