February 4, 2020: A devastating fire broke out at a sawmill in Dhubri's Gouripur on Monday night.
Reportedly, the sawmill is owned by Narul Islam and the fire also spread to an adjoining mill which was owned by Babul Ali.
Locals suspect that the fire blazed out at the mill due to a short circuit.
The fire was later put down by five fire brigades.
