October 6, 2020: 1518 new COVID-19 positive cases were reported in Assam on Monday, taking total cases to 187718 in the state.

There are currently 33467 active cases in the state whereas 153488 of them have recovered and 760 patients have lost their lives.

It may be stated that three patients have migrated.
