May 24, 2020: 20 more people have tested positive for COVID-19 in Assam on Sunday, taking the total cases in the state to 378.

Out of 20 new cases, 6 from Nalbari, 5 from Kamrup, 4 from Hojai, 2 each from Kamrup Metro and Nagaon and 1 Morigaon.

"Alert ~ 20 new cases of #COVID19 confirmed. 6 Nalbari; 5 Kamrup; 4 Hojai; 2 Kamrup Metro; 2 Nagaon; 1 Morigaon" State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted.

"Total cases 378, Recovered 57, Active cases 314, Deaths 04, Migrated 03" he added.
