November 2, 2020: Tragedy struck a family in Gossaigaon on Sunday night as five from the family found hanging.

The bodies of 3 daughters and their parents were found hanging from the roof of their house at Tulsibeel under Gossaigaon.

The dead have been identified as Nirmal Paul (59+),Molika Paul (40+), Puja Paul(23), Niha Paul (17) and Dipa Paul@ Sneha (14).

Puja Paul was working as Sankar Ajan teacher after completing B.Sc. Niha Paul was student of CLASS 12 in Tulsibil Academy. Dipa Paul was a Class 10 student.

What drove them to take the extreme step is yet to be known.
