September 21, 2021: The Congress of Nagaland on Monday said it has decided to lunch a "crusade" against the government of Nagaland from September 25 to share the people's fear about the change in demography in the state. Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) President K Therie along with other leaders of the party '25 September' will kick start the movement from Dimapur .
Congress cannot change the government neither can congress save Nagaland .Congress can only voice the aspiration of the public while the power lies in the hands of the voters , the NPCC said .
The ruling Nationalist Democratic Progressive party (NDPP) led government and the opposition Naga people's Front (NPF) have recently formed an opposition less government in the state and named it as United Democratic Alliance , aiming to help bring about a final solution to the decades-old Naga political issue .
