October 7, 2021: Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has written a note asking Aryan Khan, son of Shah Rukh Khan who is in NCB custody since October 3, to stay calm and positive.
The actor said, " My dear Aryan . Life is a strange ride . It’s great because it’s uncertain. It’s great cause it throws you curve balls, but god is kind. He gives only the toughest ones the toughest balls to play."
Aryan has been produced before the court today as NCB custody ends today.
Aryan was arrested on Sunday (Oct 3) along with seven others after few undercover NCB officials busted a rave party on board the cruise ship Cordelia off Mumbai coast.
He has been booked under Sections 27 (punishment for consumption of any narcotic drug or psychotropic substance), 8C (produce, manufacture, possess, sell or purchase of drugs) and other relevant provisions of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS).
Aryan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde said that Aryan did not possess any drugs nor was he consuming any when the undercover NCB officials picked him.
As per the arrest memo of the NCB, 13 grams of cocaine, five grams of MD, 21 grams of charas and 22 pills of Ecstasy and Rs 1.33 lakh were seized during the raid on Mumbai cruise ship.
NCB officials said that drugs were found hidden inside shoes, lens case, in between sanitary pads and medicine boxes.
