A man named Luhit Gogoi allegedly beheads another man and reached Police Station with the severed head inside a school bag. The deceased has been identified as Fai Chowra.
Luhit Gogoi is a truck driver. He has been arrested by Lahdoigarh Police.
According to police officials, the accused Luhit beheads Fai after a fight between them. Both had a party before the incident.
