Aug 9, 2020: A 93-year old man and his 79-year old wife from Nagaland have come out getting cured of Covid-19. The couple, from Lasumi village under Phek district were admitted to Phek district hospital after testing positive on July 28. And 11 days later, both walked out of the hospital successfully.

The Nagaland Post quoted the couple's son who attributed his parents’ positive attitude for their quick recovery.

Doctors suspect that the couple might have got infected from one of their sons who was a frontline worker.
