July 30, 2020: While entire world on focussing on more tests to flatten the Covid19 curve, Microsoft founder Bill Gates has termed them as 'complete waste.'

In an interview to CNBC news channel, Gates termed the tests a "complete waste" because of the time they take to give the results.

According to him, the test results should come early so that the people can change their behaviour accordingly.

He has found support in US Health and Human Services department assistant secretary Adm. Brett Giroir who has agreed to Gates' concerns.

Till Tuesday, 733,243 tests were done in the US.
