June16, 2020: New Zealand after ending a 24-day streak of no infections in the country has reported two new cases of coronavirus on Tuesday.

The two news cases were both related to the recent travel from the UK.

New Zealand has restrictions to all social and economic except border controls last week, after declaring it had no new or active cases of the corona virus.

According to the sources, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern warned that new cases may come up in the future as New Zealanders may return home, and some others were allowed in under special conditions.

New Zealand has so far had 22 deaths from the virus.
