June 11, 2021: Manipur on Thursday reported 730 fresh COVID-19 cases and 10 more fatalities, taking the state’s coronavirus caseload 58,081 and death toll to 925.



The 10 persons who succumbed to COVID-19 were residents of Imphal West (6), Thoubal (2), Imphal East (1) and Churachandpur (1) districts, respectively.





With 668 more patients discharged in the last 24 hours, the recovery rate stood at 82.29 per cent.

The active cases increased to 9,359, of which 4,109 are in home isolation.





Of the 730 new cases, all civilians, 225 were reported from Imphal West, 160 from Imphal East, 101 from Thoubal, 87 from Churachandpur, 55 from Kakching, 48 from Bishnupur, 13 each from Jiribam and Senapati, 10 from Tamenglong, seven from Noney, five from Ukhrul, three from Chandel and one each from Kamjong, Pherzawl and Tengnoupal districts.
