| After Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and former Home Minister P Chidambaram, UPA boss Sonia Gandhi has fixed an agenda to visit the violence affected area of BTAD. Sonia will reach Borjhar Airport in Guwahati by Monday morning accompanied with newly elected Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shindey and then directly fly towards Kokrajhar by Helicopter. According to sources, Sonia has made the decision after having a discussion with state Power and Industry Minister Pradyut Bordoloi about the current situation of BTAD area in New Delhi on Thursday. It is also noted that she is going to visit many relief camps in the violence affected area and also hold discussion with senior Bodo leaders about this matter in her short visit. |
