August 9, 2020: Actor Sanjay Dutt was admitted to Lilavati Hospital on Saturday evening after he complained of a chest discomfort and his oxygen saturation level dipped. Dutt has been admitted to an intensive care unit and is stable, sources said.

The 61-year-old actor underwent a rapid antigen test for Covid-19 at the hospital, result for which came negative. An RT-PCR test conducted late Saturday also found him negative for the infection, reports said.

His treating doctor, Jalil Parkar, who himself recovered from Covid-19 last month, said a few more tests are being conducted to assess Dutt’s medical parameters and why his oxygen level had dipped.
