August 12, 2020: Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has been diagnosed with lung cancer. The news has left his fans and other Bollywood celebrities in shock.

Taking to Twitter, on Tuesday, the actor announced that he is taking a break from films due to his health.

As per report, the actor was suffering from breaking difficulties and was diagnosed with the deadly disease when hospitalized on August 8. The 61-year-old actor will fly to the US for treatment soon.

Sanjay Dutt was admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital after he complained of breathlessness and chest discomfort. He was rushed to the hospital and also underwent the COVID19 test, reports of which turned out to be negative. After staying under medical care for two days, he was discharged from the hospital on August 10th.
