July 12, 2020: Bollywood Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya Bachchan have tested positive for coronavirus on Sunday.

They had undergone tests on Saturday night after Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan were found to be positive for coronavirus. The father-son duo is currently admitted to Nanavati Hospital. They had informed people about the illness through their respective Twitter accounts.

On the other hand, Jaya Bachchan tested negative for the novel coronavirus.

Informing this Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope tweeted, “Smt. Aishwarya Rai Bacchan & Daughter Aaradhya Abhishek Bacchan have also been detected positive for Covid19. Smt. Jaya Bachhan ji is tested negative for covid19. We wish the Bacchan Family to get well soon with a speedy recovery”.
