August 18, 2020: BJP continues to fascinate celebrities in Assam as more and more artists are joining the ruling party. The latest to join are singer Bidyasagar and actress Asha Bordoloi.

The two were accorded a warm welcome by party president Ranjit Kumar Dass and other leaders. apart from the two, former AASU leader Tapan Das and Prabha Choudhuri Dastidar too had joined the party.

While welcoming them, Dass hoped that their joining will help the party in the coming days. Meanwhile, Das informed that accepting the challenge by Congress MP Pradyut Bordoloi, he has sent a detail performance report of the BJP government to him by post.

MPs Tapan Kumar Gogoi and Pallab Lochan Das were also present in the programme held at the state BJP headquarters.
