November 27, 2020: The 71st Anniversary of the adoption of Constitution of India was observed in a befitting manner all over N.F. Railway. The focus of the celebration was on “Fundamental Duties”, as enshrined in the Constitution of India.

As part of the programme, banners and posters were displayed at prominent locations to create awareness about the “Fundamental Duties” of every citizen of the country.

As part of the programme, pledge on “Fundamental Duties” was administered by the General Manager, N.F. Railway, Sanjive Roy to officers & staff of HQ at Maligaon.

Similar programme was also held in all the Divisional HQ, Workshops, and Training Institutes etc of NFR. Webinars on Fundamental Duties and Constitution were also organised in HQ and Divisions.

Earlier, General Manager along with other senior officials joined Hon’ble President of India Ram Nath Kovind in reading out the Preamble of the Constitution through video link and took the pledge to fulfil our fundamental duties for the progress of our nation.
