After 5 months of closure, the bars in Guwahati can be opened from now on.

The Kamrup Metro district administration has issued an order on Thursday allowing the “ON” IMFL shops to operate in the city.

The bars can be opened from 10 am to 5 pm.

However, they will have to maintain social distancing and other precautionary norms specified by the health department.

The bars have remained close since March due to the Covid 19 outbreak.
