June 25, 2020: The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council has released the results of HS or class 12th examinations today at 9 am.

June 25, 2020: The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council has released the results of HS or class 12th examinations today at 9 am.



The pass percentage this year has risen to 78.28 in Arts stream, 88.06 in Science streams and 88.18 in Commerce streams percent compared to previous years.



A total of 1, 68,367 students have appeared in Arts stream, out of which 44 students have secured positions. Where in Science stream 17713 students appeared for the examination of which 25 students have secured position on the other hand 23 students secured position in Commerce stream out of 17713 students.

Pubali Deka of Pathorighat H.S School, Darang along with Sraddha Borgohain of Ramanujan Jr. College, Nagaon have secured 1st position in Arts stream. Whereas, Kashmiri das of Vidyapith H.S School, Barpeta, Anwesha Kashyap of Jatiya Mahavidyalaya, Golaghat, Saima of Abdul Hasib H.S School, Hojai have secured 2nd position. Jusmita Goswami of Krishna Kanta Handiqui Junior College, Barpeta, Farhanur Rahman of Bongaigaon H S School, Bongaigaon, Mayurika Deka of Ranjit Sarma Academy Jr College, Darrang, Sangita Das of Pragmatic Academy Jr College, Kamrup (R), Poli Borah of Concept Junior College, Nagaon, Priyakhi Bora of Ramanujan Junior College, Nagaon and Moumita Konwa of R.D Junior College, Tinsukia have secured 3rd position.



In Science stream, Abhinash Kalita of Anandaram Bauarh Academy, Barpeta have secured first position. Whereas, Naima Firdose Borbhuyan of Concept Junior College, Nagaon has secure 2nd position and Pritpaul Bezbaruah of Sai Vikash Jr. College, Guwahati secured 3rd position.



On the other hand, Krishna Maheswari of Salt Brook Academy, Dibrugarh have secured 1st position in Commerce stream. Whereas, Hirapreet Kaur of Sonari Jr. College, Charaideo has secured 2nd position and Binita Saha of Ramanaju Gupta Jr. College, Cachar has secured 3rd position.
