September 6, 2020: The High School Leaving Certificate and High Madrassa Leaving Certificate Examination are likely to be delayed by a month. The Secondary Education Board of Assam is likely to defer it considering the Covid-19 situation.





SEBA chairman RC Jain informed DY365 that the examination scheduled to be held in February may be deferred till March.



The SEBA Committee has almost finalised the schedule, but no formal announcement is made so far. The SEBA has already reduced the syllabus for the examinations by 30% as the students have not been able to attend classes due to the lockdown and Covid-19.
