November 29, 2020: To help clear extra rush of passengers, it has been decided to continue the services of some Special Trains beyond 30th November, 2020. Along with these Special trains, the services of some other trains are also extended with revised timings till further advice.

• Extension of train services until further advice:

1. Special Train No. 03173 Sealdah - Agartala Special will leave from Sealdah four days a week – on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday at 06-35 hrs from 1st  to 31st  December, 2020 to reach Agartala at 17-55 hrs next day. In return direction, Train No. 03174 will leave from Agartala four days a week- on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 08-05 hrs from 3rd December, 2020 to 2nd January, 2021 to reach Sealdah at 19-25 hrs next day. There will be one AC-2 tier, five AC-3 tier, seven sleeper class and four general second class coaches apart from two luggage vans in the trains.

2. Special Train No. 03175 Sealdah – Silchar will leave from Sealdah three days a week – on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 06-35 hrs from 2nd to 30th December, 2020 to reach Silchar at 14-20 hrs next day. In return direction, Train No. 03176 will leave from Silchar three days a week – on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11-50 hrs from 4th December, 2020 to 1st January, 2021 to reach Sealdah at 19-25 hrs next day. There will be one AC-2 tier, five AC-3 tier, seven sleeper class and four general second class coaches apart from two luggage vans in the trains.

3. Special Train No. 03141 Sealdah – New Alipurduar will leave from Sealdah on everyday at 14-00 hrs from 1st to 31st December, 2020 to reach New Alipurduar at 06-25 hrs next day. In return direction, Train No. 03142 will leave from New Alipurduar on everyday at 11-45 hrs from 2nd December, 2020 to 1st January, 2021 to reach Sealdah at 04-45 hrs next day. There will one AC-2 tier, three AC-3 tier, eight sleeper class and four general second class coaches apart from two luggage vans in the trains.

4. Special Train No. 02343 Sealdah – New Jalpaiguri Superfast Special will leave from Sealdah on everyday at 22-05 hrs from 1st to 31st December, 2020 to reach New Jalpaiguri at 08-15 hrs next day. In return direction, Train No. 02344 will leave from New Jalpaiguri on everyday at 20-00 hrs from 2nd December, 2020 to 1st January, 2021 to reach Sealdah at 06-00 hrs next day. There will be one first AC, two AC-2 tier, seven AC-3 tier, seven sleeper coaches and three second class coaches apart from two brake, luggage cum generator cars in the trains.

5. The services of Train No. 09305/09306 Dr. Ambedkar Nagar – Kamakhya- Dr. Ambedkar Nagar Weekly Special Express which has started running from Dr. Ambedkar Nagar on Thursday w.e.f. 15-10-2020 and from Kamakhya on Sunday w.e.f. 18-10-2020 is extended until further advice.

6. Train No. 05713 Katihar – Patna Intercity Express Special will leave from Katihar at 06-15 hrs to reach Patna at 13-00 hrs on everyday. In return direction, Train No. 05714 will leave from Patna at 14-15 hrs to reach Katihar at 21-25 hrs on everyday. These trains will be run from 1st to 31st December, 2020. The train will be run with modern LHB coaches and will have one AC chair car, five second class Non A/C and six second class day coach with sitting accommodation apart from two luggage vans in the trains.

7. Train No. 05612 Silchar – Guwahati Express Special will leave from Silchar three days on a week – on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 22-15 hra to reach Guwahati at 08-30 hrs next day. In return direction, Train No. 05611 will leave from Guwahati three days on a week – on Monday, Thursday and Saturday at 17-30 hrs to reach Silchar at 04-40 hrs n ext day. There will one AC-2 tier, four AC-3 tier, five sleeper class and two chair car coaches apart from two luggage vans in the trains.

8. Train No. 02549 Kamakhya – Anand Vihar Express Special will leave from Kamakhya on everyday at 12-40 hrs to reach Anand Vihar at 21-50 hrs next day. In return direction, Train No. 02550 will leave from Anand Vihar on everyday at 07-40 hrs to reach Kamakhya at 16-40 hrs next day. There will one AC-2 tier, five AC-3 tier, ten sleeper class, three second class Non A/C coaches, one air-conditioned pantry car apart from two brake, luggage cum generator cars in the trains.

 • Express Special Trains with revised day/timings:

1. Train No. 02514 Guwahati – Secunderabad Weekly Express Special will leave from Guwahati on every Thursday at 06-20 hrs. (w.e.f. 03-12-2020) to reach Secunderabad at 03-35 hrs. on every Saturday. In return direction, Train No.02513 will leave from Secunderabad every Saturday at 16-35 hrs. (w.e.f. 05-12-2020) to reach Guwahati every Monday at 13-00 hrs.

2. Train No. 02424 New Delhi – Dibrugarh Superfast Special will leave from New Delhi on everyday at 16-20 hrs (w.e.f. 01-12-2020) to reach Dibrugarh at 06-55 hrs. In return direction, Train No. 02423 will leave from Dibrugarh everyday at 20-35 hrs to reach New Delhi at 10-30 hrs.

3. Train No. 02407 New Jalpaiguri – Amritsar Karmabhoomi Weekly Express Special will leave from New Jalpaiguri on every Wednesday at 08-15 hrs (w.e.f. 09-12-2020) to reach Amritsar at 17-35 hrs. In return direction, Train No. 02408 will leave from Amritsar on every Friday at 09-25 hrs (w.e.f. 04-12-2020) to reach New Jalpaiguri at 18-35 hrs.

• Cancellation of Train service: Train No. 05812/05811 Guwahati – Dhubri Express Special which was scheduled to leave from Guwahati on 01-12-2020 and from Dhubri on 02-12-2020 has been postponed until further advice.
