June 26, 2020: With 276 fresh cases reported in Assam on Thursday, the total numbers of Covid-19 cases have gone up to 6,646, according to the State Health Minister.

Out of 6,646 total cases, there are 2,601 active cases in the state while 4,033 have recovered so far and 9 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19.

Taking to twitter State Health Minister Health Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, “Alert ~ 276 new #COVID19+ cases detected in Assam today. Total cases 6646, Recovered 4033, Active cases 2601, Deaths 09.”

75 patients have been recovered in past 24 hours after they tested negative for COVID-19 twice.

So far three people have been migrated.
