September 18, 2020: The Covid-19 cases in Assam surpassed the 1.50 lakh mark on Thursday. A total of 1380 positive cases were detected taking the total to 1,50,349.

Of these, Kamrup M has 376 and Jorhat has 123 cases. Due to Vishwakarma Puja, only 20,557 tests were done with a positivity rate of 6.71%.

With 17 more deaths, the toll reached to 528. Now the state has 1,19, 364 discharged and 30,454 active cases.

2246 patients were discharged on Thursday.
