September 9, 2020:  In yet another setback for Oil India Limited (OIL), one of their young electrical engineer was electrocuted to death at Baghjan in Tinsukia district on Wednesday evening.



The deceased has been identified as Arnab Kishore Bordoloi (25).



As per reports, Arnab Kishore Bordoloi, a bachelor from Guwahati, was testing an electrical cable connected to a generator set to supply power for welding purpose when the incident took place.





He was provided an emergency healthcare by doctor at site and was taken to Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH) where he was declared dead.



The oil well which blew out on the month June had also killed two Oil India’s firefighters and badly damaged flora and fauna of the area including properties of the families living nearby.
