The deceased have been identified as Rekha Dutta 63, from Darrang, Mona Das 51, from Dibrugarh, Florence 74, from Kamrup (M), Mukiv Ali 65, Kamrup (R), Ramesh Ch Dekha 67, Kamrup (R) and Bulin Begum 44, Kamrup (M).



Taking to Twitter Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma informed, “I'm extremely disheartened to share that Rekha Dutta (63, Darrang), Mona Das (51, Dibrugarh), Sister Florence (74, Kamrup M), Mukiv Ali (65, Kamrup Rural), Ramesh Ch Dekha (67, Kamrup Rural) & Bulin Begum (44, Kamrup M) succumbed to #COVID19.



Condolences to their families.”





The total number of coronavirus cases in state has reached to 25092 with 7936 active cases and 17095 patients has recovered so far.
