Reportedly, out of 48 new cases, 16 from Karimganj, 8 from Lakhimpur, 8 Guwahati, 5 Cachar, 4 Hailakandi, 3 South Salmara, 2 Nalbari and 1 each from Morigaon and Goalpara.



"Alert ~ 48 new cases of #COVID19 . 16 Karimganj, 8 Lakhimpur, 8 Ghy Qrnt, 5 Cachar, 4 Hailakandi, 3 South Salmara, 2 Nalbari, 1 each Morigaon / Goalpara. Total cases 514, Recovered 62, Active cases 445, Deaths 04, Migrated 03." State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted.



The number of deaths due to the coronavirus are four and three patients have migrated from the state.
