June 30, 2020: On Monday, 302 new COVID-19 positive cases were reported Assam, out of which 172 cases were from Guwahati alone.
As of now, total COVID-19 cases in Assam rises to 7794. Out the total cases, currently there are 2447 active cases in the state whereas 5333 of them have recovered. It may be stated that three patients have migrated. 
Informing this Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday night tweeted, “Alert ~ 302 new #COVID19+ cases detected in Assam today. Out of these, 172 cases were reported from Guwahati City in last 24 hours.

Further it may be added that on Monday itself 245 patients were discharged which the Minister tweeted.
It may be mentioned that Guwahati city is currently under lockdown for 14 days till July 12 which was announced by the government looking at the rising COVID-19 cases in the city. On the other hand, other towns and areas will be having weekend lockdown.
