November 17, 2020: The polls to the Bodoland Territorial Council will be held in two phases on December 7 and 10. The counting of votes will be on December 12.

The State Election Commission on Tuesday announced the schedule for the polls to the 40-member council.

December 8 and 12 have been reserved for re-polling.

State Election Commissioner Alok Kumar has issued the notification in this regard.

Udalguri and Baksa will go to polls in the first phase while Kokrajhar and Chirang will go to polls in the second phase.
